Insight Global is seeking experienced Foreman, Journeyman and Apprentice Electricians to join our team on a major industrial and government project in New Mexico. This role involves supervisory responsibilities for electrical phases of project work and troubleshooting across complex systems. Candidates must have a solid understanding of mechanical systems. The position requires adaptability to changing tasks, attention to detail, and the ability to work safely in a fast-paced, high-demand setting. Travel and extended on-site work may be required to meet project milestones. Hourly rates vary depending on level of electrical experience, start at $22/hr - $45/hr.

Skills and Requirements

· 1+ years of electrical experience with proven residential, commercial, or industrial work experience

· Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and basic math skills

Reliable means of transportation, and ability to work Mon-Thurs · Experience with grading, operating haul trucks, and surface finishing (grinding, sanding, polishing)

Familiarity with large-scale government projects
